Bille dá ngairtear Acht do dhéanamh socrú maidir le comhlacht a bhunú ar a dtabharfar the Commission for Taxi Regulation, nó, sa Ghaeilge, an Coimisiún um Rialáil Tacsaithe, do mhíniú a fheidhmeanna, do dhéanamh socrú maidir le comhairle chomhairleach a bhunú ar a dtabharfar the Advisory Council to the Commission for Taxi Regulation, nó, sa Ghaeilge, an Chomhairle don Choimisiún um Rialáil Tacsaithe, do mhíniú a fheidhmeanna, do leasú na nAchtanna um Thrácht ar Bhóithre 1961 go 2002 agus do dhéanamh socrú i dtaobh nithe comhghaolmhara.

Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the establishment of a body to be known as the Commission for Taxi Regulation, or, in the Irish language, An Coimisiún um Rialáil Tacsaithe, to define its functions, to provide for the establishment of an advisory council to be known as the Advisory Council to the Commission for Taxi Regulation, or, in the Irish language, An Chomhairle don Choimisiún um Rialáil Tacsaithe, to define its functions, to amend the Road Traffic Acts 1961 to 2002 and to provide for connected matters.

11c. "Go ndéanfar an Teachta Ciarán Mac Dhuibh a urscaoileadh ón gComhchoiste um Chomhshaol agus Rialtas Áitiúil agus an Teachta Trevor Sargent a cheapadh ina ionad.

That Deputy Ciarán Cuffe be discharged from the Joint Committee on the Environment and Local Government and that Deputy Trevor Sargent be appointed in substitution for him."

That Dáil Éireann resolves that sections 2 to 12 and 14 and 17 of the Offences against the State (Amendment) Act 1998 (No. 39 of 1998), shall continue in operation for the period of 12 months beginning on 30th June, 2003".
